VOID is a platform for us to experiment with printed matter and optical ideas.
Issue 03.01 features imagery captured during New York Fashion Week's Spring 2012 showings. We aimed to give a print forum to the sort of work normally excluded from commercial magazines, granting an analogue weight to the kind of pictures usually relegated to the screen.
Our design capitalises on its large format by marrying minimalism with deconstructivism to create a synthesis of poster, pin-up and traditional broadsheet paper.
